It's almost time!
After two rounds of packing and one load of laundry, the documents are ready, the electronics are charged, the fridge is empty, and we're ready to go! Only two more days of work and two 7-hour flights before we're in São Paulo to watch the opening game!!!
It's a trip of a lifetime and we can't wait to follow the Costa Rican National Team (La Sele) and travel Brazil with our friends Fé and Filipe for the next six weeks until the World Cup Final in Rio de Janeiro. If interested in sharing the trip with us, I'll be sending updates and photos through this blog. If not, please feel free to ignore.
We'll be hitting six major cities throughout the games, all on the East Coast: Fortaleza, Recife, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. We're really excited and can't wait to share La Copa with everyone! How excited you might ask? Well, just know that both these images were designed and created by Nick during many late nights where he was too excited to sleep ;) And he did a kick ass job!
